Broadway, a leading provider of addiction treatment is currently seeking to appoint a person to manage and further
develop its non-medical treatment services. Current programmes include residential first, second and third stages and non-residential Aftercare, Outpatients, Parenting Classes and regular Family and Recovery Renewal Programmes. Additional services are also being planned or developed.
This key role will draw on your skills and experience from working in this or a related field and in a supervisory or management position.
You will need to have highly developed leadership and communication skills, the ability to manage and motivate staff, a
good understanding of evidence-based treatment practices and an ability to influence and negotiate with external agencies. In order to deliver high quality, professional services it is essential that you have at least a Diploma in Counselling, a good working knowledge of the 12 Steps and a flexible approach to working hours.
