A private addiction rehabilitation facility in Harrow is recruiting substance misuse workers to assist adults in residential rehabilitation for addiction. The successful candidate will be offered a job that's challenging, rewarding and provides scope for growth and career development. Staff will receive on-going support and supervision from the team. Conditions of employment and pay are competitive with regular review and is dependent upon your experience and qualifications.
You will support the everyday aspects of life, e.g. domestic and social activities and care. You will have good written and verbal communication skills and will be able to work as part of a team and alone. The position requires you to work on a shift/rota system. Experience of working in a care setting, or of abstinence based addiction would be valuable but not essential for all posts. Posts subject to enhanced disclosure through CRB.
