Admission

We trust the fact that you are reading this page means you are ready to seek addiction recovery help for yourself or someone you love. If that’s the case, we want to encourage you that you’ve made the right decision. The next step is to begin the process of being admitted to our Essex clinic.

The Admission Process

That process begins by calling our addiction recovery helpline or sending us an online contact. In either case, our addiction recovery specialists will get to work on your behalf right away. When you contact us, you can expect the following:

  • Assessment – Before we can recommend any course of treatment, a comprehensive assessment must be done. Our trained counsellors will ask you a series of questions as a means of discovering where you are in terms of your addiction. Please help us help you by being honest in all your answers. Without all of the information, we cannot properly advise you regarding treatment.
  • Options – Should our initial assessment determine a residential treatment programme would best serve you, we will advise you about admission to our clinics. If you would be better served through outpatient treatment or free services provided by the NHS, we’ll advise you of those options as well. We believe you need to know all of your options in order to make the most informed decision.
  • Arrangements – Assuming you choose to seek residential treatment through one of our clinics in Essex or England, the next step is to make admission arrangements. We will advise you when to begin your treatment, when to arrive at the facility, how to get there, and so on.

Upon your arrival you will be assessed a second time by our trained medical staff. This second assessment is needed in order to determine the severity of your addiction. With the information gleaned from this assessment, the clinic staff will be able to develop a bespoke treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and circumstances. After that, you’ll be ready to begin treatment.

Call Us for More Info on Admission

If you have any questions about admissions while speaking to one of our counsellors, please do not be afraid to ask. We want you to be comfortable that you fully understand the process before we hang up the phone. And remember, there’s no such thing as a silly question. Asking questions is the only way you can learn everything you need to know about the drug and alcohol rehab treatments we offer.

If you are ready to arrange admission to a treatment facility, we are ready to make it happen. Our drug rehab specialists are waiting to hear from you 24 hours a day, every day.
